I forgot my password!

If you have forgotten your password, we cannot tell you what it is. As a commitment to your privacy, we encrypt all passwords. If a hacker got into the database, they could wreak havoc, but they would not be able to retrieve your password (and therefore use it to try to hack further or steal your identity).

As such, we can't send you your password if you've forgotten. All we can do is reset it to some random string, and email you with that temporary password

Once you have successfully logged-in, you are strongly advised to create a new password.
