- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of
these conditions of entry.
- This offer is open to all residents of Australia with an address in Victoria (except
official reviewers and immediate families of the promoter,
associated companies and agencies) who are registered
with the FoodGod website. Entrants under the age of 18
should get permission from their parent or guardian before
entering.
- The promoter is Neolux Communications (Guy J. Martin)
of P.O. Box 5050, South Melbourne VIC 3205 (ABN 68 291
544 019).
- Entrants must review at least 1 venue listing to qualify
and be entered into the draw to win a prize(s).
- The competition is a game of skill and chance plays
no part in determining the winners. All entries will be
judged based on creativity, originality or correctness.
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will
win.
- To enter members must be registered with their full
name, Victorian address and contact phone number and review a venue
listing.
- Each prize is valued at $200. Prizes are not transferable
or redeemable for cash. Any change in value of the prize(s)
occurring between the publishing date and date the prize
is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
- There is a limit of one entry per entrant. Neolux Communications
reserves the right disqualify any entrant that fails to
comply with this restriction.
- Entry is free, however only open to registered members
of FoodGod.
- The winner(s) will be selected from valid entries received
between 12:00am on the first of each calendar month and
11:59pm on the last day of each calendar month (the Promotion
Period).
- The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the
competition is final and binding on each person who enters.
No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility
is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries
are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into
the promotional database and not at the time of transmission
by the entrant.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any prize that
has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with
in any way.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or
technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer
equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion
on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination
thereof, including any injury or damage to participants
or any other person’s computer related to or resulting
from participation in or down-loading any materials in
this competition.
- If for any reason this competition is not capable of
running as planned including infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other causes beyond the control of the
Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security,
fairness integrity or proper conduct of this competition,
the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion
to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process.
- The winner(s) will be notified by email or by telephone
at the end of the promotion period and the names of the
winner(s) will be published at foodgod.com.au in the calendar
month after the promotion period. The prize will be hand-delivered
or sent in the post to the address nominated by the entrant.
- Entries remain the property of Neolux Communications
and cannot be returned. The promoter reserves the right
to publish photographs of the winner.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited
to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal
injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting
a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
- Any costs associated with accessing the FoodGod website
is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the
Internet service provider used.
- All contact details entered incorrectly on the website
shall be deemed invalid.
