Kanela is well known for its flamenco dancing nights which always pack out this small and vibrant restaurant. The first time I ate here, friends and I enjoyed a selection of tapas, the general consensus being that the lemon calamari and buttery mushrooms were the favourite. The other time I shared a paella with a friend, and thoroughly recommend this dish. The generous servings of seafood were greatly appreciated although the dish was lacking in one ingredient...the essential chorizo sausage. Kanela is definately worth a visit, not just for the great Spanish cuisine, but the taste of Spanish lifestyle that it offers. Oh and the waiter is quite cute too...
