The Trela was once the Orexi - new owners, a new menu, and a bit of update. The Orexi was pretty good, the Trela much better.

The hosts/owners are very welcoming, friendly, and assure a good dining experience. They suggested a selection of starters as a tapas selection instead of a main. Great Idea! Saganaki - great. Good bread. Grilled octopus, very good. A fig and cashew salad w/rockett - different and wonderul. Tiropitakia, very good. Good coffee...

There were specials on the board including a seafood grill for two, and a mixed grill for two, and various sweets. Between the menu and specials a reasonably broad range from which to chose, especially considering the tapas approach.

Downside (if this is a downside) - can be busy and a bit noisy with a touch of bustle, all handled quite well by the staff.

Very reasonable pricing. BYOB Wine, and they have a modest but well chosen selection on the list. Trela deserve to do well - they are a class act.

The Orexi is nestled in a multilevel unit that was probably a group of shops at one time. Away from the main door it is pleasant, but they have packed in a table next to the main entry that is cool and drafty in winter, and equally marginal on a hot night. Booking ahead, make sure you are not going to be assigned to the door table!

The food is very good, the service is typical of a suburban restaurant with a touch of "family." It can be noisy if there is a function booked - they can manage a small function and a few independent diners.

Worth a try. Even if you do not return you will not have been disappointed.
