This is essentially a take-away restaurant but is located in a small food court in the arcade which also contains a number of shops, including Borders bookstore. The seating is, therefore, not enclosed within the restaurant but is in the food court itself.

However, they do bring the food to your table within the foodcourt so it's halfway there. The food here is simply outstanding, the best chinese I've had in Melbourne yet. There's isn't a huge range of menu options but there are plenty of noodle and rice based dishes and soups to choose from. Highly recommended is the "Hot Pot" which is an excellent spicy noodle dish and the Nasi Goreng is also fantastic. The dishes tend to contain more vegetables than you get in the average chinese meal and they are always fresh. The prices tend to be a dollar or two higher than you get elsewhere, but the quality more than compensates.
