On a Sunday afternoon the staff are certainly Turkish or close, as it was difficult to order without pointing to items on the menu. A drink clearly visible in their cooler was not available - until we pointed it out in the cooler. Three flavours were visible in the cooler - the server never asked which we wanted.

A striking thing was the number of cigarette burns in many seats and tables. Perhaps that is the spirit of Istanbul.

Not much on the lighter side for weekend lunch except venerable lamb or chicken wraps. Ordering one of each, both on the Turkish bread option, they came out on Lebanese flat bread (the standard). Sending them back resulted in an 'out of Turkish bread'... on exit there were numerous other tables dining, and nobody else had other than Lebanese flat bread so we had to believe them. They could easily have indicated up front there was no Turkish bread but did not.

The wraps were unremarkable. At New Quay everything is pricey so this venue was relatively reasonable, and for a relatively cheap bite it might suit.
